As a support worker for Bridge 2 Disability Care it gives me a lot of satisfaction to know that I work for a company that really cares about the lives of the people it supports. Bridge 2 Disability Care encourages their support workers to actively teach independent life skills, travel training, personal care and just have fun with outings and activities.
